Indie Intermission – ‘Psychosomnium’ A Mind Bending Adventure

Today’s game comes from Cactus and has you delving into the rather warped mind of an individual as you try to circumnavigate this strange, alien maze.

Psychosomnium has a lot of great ideas and offers a new mind bending challenge as you must often solve puzzles in a rather unconventional style.

Although the puzzles seem rather strange at first, if you persevere and figure out how to  complete them the game quickly becomes much more easier, especially as a few of them are repeated.

It really isn’t your average platformer and offers a bizarre yet fun experience as you must try to reach the magician to remedy the situation you have managed to get yourself in.

Although the graphical choice is rather simple and straightforward it does suit the game very well and does add to the game overall really rounding it off nicely.

Average play time – 30 minutes

Psychosomnium is an unconventional adventure that likes to do things a little different. It offers suitably difficult puzzles that force you to think a little outside the box and really help separate it from the torrent of puzzle games out there.
