Indie Intermission – ‘What Next?’ Pac Man Is Back And This Time He Wants Blood

Welcome back to another week of free gaming with today’s title being a comedic re-imagining of a retro classic.

What Next? is a great little game that brings Namco’s Pac Man back from the 80s with vengeance.

The game is very short and in-fact very easy but it brings back the classic NES sprites allowing Pac Man to exact his revenge on the world. The key part to the game may not lie within the gameplay, even though what is not to love about Pac Man really?

The key point of this game is to parody the yellow killer in a whole new light as he takes on the world. I don’t want to say too much more about the game because the game has a nice little twist which creates for a rather run ending to the game.

Average play time – 2 minutes

What Next? is a great little game that injects a great deal of humour into this once ground breaking title, and although the game is over very quickly you will be glad you gave it a go.
