MGS 5 voice actor says Kojima Productions has been "dissolved"

It's been a while since we've heard anything about the convoluted Konami and Kojima situation that led to the removal of the Kojima Productions name from all Metal Gear Solid branding. While Kojima's name has been returned to Metal Gear Solid 5 , a tweet from Akio Otskuka, Snake's Japanese voice actor, says that Kojima Productions as a whole has been "dissolved."
