“Double Action” Brings The Style Back To Multiplayer Gaming
Inspired by John Woo films a small group of indie developers have decided to create a completely crazy and over the top slow motion action game that aims to be the spiritual successor to the late great Half-Life mod named The Specialists .

Double Action is going to be a multiplayer combat game in which you will have the option to move through the air in awesome slow motion whilst trying to kill you opponents creating some of the most stylish kills in video gaming today. It’s a game all about the style and after you complete rolls, brawls, headshots, etc you can go in for the big stunts.

There is no doubt in my mind Double Action will be full of style and just be a hell of a lot of fun to jump through the air at people guns blazing, what is not to love about this image. The developers have only recently started a Kickstarter after working on the game for two years on their own. However they feel the game is now close to the finish line and are asking the community for a little bit of help to complete this labour of love.

One of the best points about this project is the developers will be giving away the game completely free of charge. This does not mean they will be asking for micro-purchases, when they say free they mean completely forever free, which is great news for everyone.
