‘Heroes of Loot’ Arrives on iOS and Android – Dungeon Crawling Goes Mobile
After an excellent track record with the likes of Meganoid and Gunslugs , Dutch devs OrangePixel have released their most expansive title yet — Heroes of Loot.
Continuing the cutesy retro style for which they’ve developed a reputation, coupled with randomisation elements as dabbled with in Gunslugs, Heroes of Loot is a stylish dungeon crawler with randomised environments, creatures, and quests.
Despite having been in the works for a good while now, the release of Heroes of Loot seems to be very timely. Arriving to capitalise on something of a randomisation boom, with Rogue Legacy , Spelunky and the like more popular than ever, there seems no better time for OrangePixel to swoop in and lure mobile gamers into their dungeon-crawling labour of love. You can see the game in action below.
Yep, looks pretty darn lovely doesn’t it? Perhaps even a rival tofor my favourite dungeon-crawling on Android.
You can (and should) buy Heroes of Loot right now in Androidand iOSflavours. Well worth grabbing, especially to support devs who charge up front for their games rather than screwing us over with intrusive free-to-play monetisation.
If you don’t fancy it on mobile, there is also a PC versionavailable. It’s also on those OUYA and GameStick thingies, if you’re into that sort of thing.
