Tumble Into Wonderland In ALICE VR

It is ever more apparent that 2016 is going to be the year of virtual reality and with the expected shipping of the VR units in the coming months Carbon Studio have announced their game ALICE VR is coming to Steam.

Set on an alien planet in the future, players are stranded only to realize they are now alone on this strange planet and must decipher puzzles to survive and escape. The game will have players encountering puzzles based on the classic novel Alice in Wonderland which they must solve over the course of the game. ALICE VR offers an engaging three-hour experience which allows the player to fully immerse themselves in the unique environments on the alien planet.

ALICE VR seems to have taken the same idea as The Chinese Room’s Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture, throwing the player into a beautiful environment devoid of life. This helps to create a unique and eerie atmosphere to explore in full VR.
