to forgo a traditional press conference, and instead opt for a Nintendo Direct stream. For this year's E3, the company is looking to build on that approach.
Today, Nintendo said that it will broadcast the "Nintendo Digital Event" on June 10, which it describes as "a new kind of video program" that will aim to show off the games on the way to Nintendo platforms in the near future.
Alongside this event, Nintendo will also host Treehouse: Live, a series of unscripted live demos from Nintendo's E3 booth, that will be livestreamed online for fans to watch at home.
Nintendo is unifying this increasingly digital E3 approach under the "Play Nintendo" banner, with the above video from Mega64 revealing additional details about the company's E3 plans.
