Test Your Music Memory with Jumpy Sound

Both aspiring and self-titled music buffs can test their mettle on their Android devices with Jumpy Sound , a new game by Morad Muslimany.

To begin,  a professionally-recorded music piece plays. Players must pay attention, however, because after a few seconds you have to press on-screen numbers in the correct order, attempting to emulate the pitch notes just heard. Sound easy? The music clips increase in complexity, and special black circles appears during later sections, making the test more difficult.

Jumpy Sounds features a diverse set of instruments and tones used throughout 33 levels, which are continuously added for free. With the tunes composed by professionals, this little game can enhance one’s music hearing – great for children.

I don’t have any musical capability whatsoever, so you’ll probably do better at this than me. Hear how it works in the trailer above, or try it out for yourself; Jumpy Sound is available now for free on the Google Play Store.
