Still Six Hours: ‘République’ Is Fully Funded And Ready To Go

With six hours remaining, hurry and grab your prizes for République by backing them up!

by backing them up! With their goal at $500,000, no one thought it would have made it when it only raised only $70,000 after 10 days. Another then days later, they basically only had $180,000. Finally, we all got together and raised that $300,000 in only 10 days, making the game come alive. As minutes go by, I see the pledged amount go up by thousands, who knows, maybe we can raise another $50,000 in the last six hours.

No doubt that Camouflaj and Logan are going to make République a hit, recruiting Hayter, the husky voice of Solid Snake, and Hale, featuring in almost every major female protagonist, including Samus Aran, Naomi Hunter, Female Commander Shepard and Bastila Shan. The game was originally for mobile devices only, but since the community requested it, it’s also going to be available for PC/Mac.

The estimated game release date is January 2013, and the game is well on it’s way to becoming one of the new flagship titles in 2013. Just solely from Kickstarter, they’ve got almost 10 thousand backers, $503,296 (and rising), and over two thousand comments.  One of the winning prizes is the epic iPhone case (did I mention it was limited edition ), for backers pledging $75+:
