Alien Invasion Brings Chaos to Super Happy Fun Block
Forget the zombie apocalypse: The world is in chaos after a massive invasion of alien…blocks.
Forget the zombie apocalypse: The world is in chaos after a massive invasion of alien…blocks. These colorful blocks suddenly fell from the sky and are now trying to destroy the black-and-white civilization where the protagonist Ball lives. Using his powers to change the colors of the world, Ball must stop this “a-block-alypse” before it’s too late.
This setting is where the plot of Super Happy Fun Block unrolls. Controlling the round character Ball, players must use his power to get rid of these alien blocks, save his friends, and uncover secrets about this world and the invasion. The game resorts to a mix of platforming and puzzles with hand-drawn graphics to unveil itself.
Despite the apocalypse, the developer, Molten Tomato, LLC, promises a lot of humor in the game, saying, “The end of the world doesn’t have to be dark!” In addition, the game intends to offer increasing difficulty on its puzzles, turning the game into a larger challenge in the final levels.
Super Happy Fun Block is already available for iOS devices at the App Storeat a price of $2.99. Further information about the game can be found in our Screenshot Weeklycoverage of it, or at its official website. Those interested in following future updates can check out the developer’s Twitter.
