Gears of War Ultimate Edition revs chainsaws on August 25th, beta starts today

The HD remaster train cannot be halted; Gears of War Ultimate Edition will bring the original Gears of War to Xbox One in 1080p, 60fps on August 25, Microsoft announced at E3 2015 today. If you can't wait a few months to check it out though, a multiplayer beta starts today. The cogs are turning to produce even more Gears of War though, including an all-new entry in the series .
