The team at VooFoo Studios – developers of the Hustle Kings pool game available for PSN/Vita- have once again teamed up with indie publisher Ripstone in an attempt to deliver the most authentic pool hall experience to date.

Scheduled to release on PS4, Pure Pool is the second game in the Pure series after 2012’s Pure Chess made its debut to critical acclaim thanks to some eye-catching visuals and a quality single-player experience. The game’s announcement was accompanied by the following teaser trailer:

Bearing the slogan “Connect. Spectate. Compete.”, the game would appear to feature an interactive pool hall where players can either watch others compete or take part in competitive online matches. No official information about additional features have been detailed as of yet.
