The team at Moon Roof have created and released a simple game that promises to be addictive, intuitive, and intense. This game is called Dot Defender , and it is currently on the iTunes app store for all Apple touchscreen devices.

The premise of the game is simple. There is a single dot in the center of the screen and the player must defend it from encroaching dots of different types and colors by tapping them quickly. The wave of incoming dots is endless and intensifies as you continue to play, trying to survive until the dot in the center finally runs out of health and you are given your final score.

Dot Defender uses simple shapes, colors, and icons to differentiate one dot from another, making it a game for all ages. There are several power ups that appear randomly throughout the playthrough, providing a shield, healing your center dot, and even providing the ability to slash enemy dots for a limited time. The game doesn’t offer any breaks as you defend the dots, forcing players to carefully watch and react as dots appear more frequently, and at a faster speed.
