Indie Intermission – ‘The Unseen Evil’ Can You Be The Next Van Helsing?
Today I decided to look back at the vault of awesome games made for the Global Game Jam 2013 (GGJ2013) and picked out this very interesting title called The Unseen Evil .
. It has been created by a group of developers from Glasgow and is a rather interesting game.
Taking a little influence from games such as Spy Party in The Unseen Evil you must move around the party and figure out who the vampire actually is. Of course this is rather taxing so you are able to use garlic, crosses, and vials of blood to try and flush out the vampire.
It’s a very interesting concept and the game has been lovingly put together to create a very interestingly looking game that is very fun (if not very frustrating) to play.
Average play time – 7 minutes
The Unseen Evil is a very challenging game that does require a lot of trial and error to actually get a feel for the game, and even then you can never be 100% sure. It’s fun and highly frustrating trying to hunt down this one vampire and the setting is spot on.
All in all Unseen Evil is a great little time waster and provides a great deal of challenge. Be sure to download The Unseen Evil from the GGJ2013 site now.
