Tiny Medicine Packs a Big Punch in Monster Medic

Everyone gets sick, even monsters.

Monster Medic

Everyone gets sick, even monsters. Which is a problem since a sick monster is no good to anyone. So what happens when a monster gets sick? Well, it’s quite simple: a medic is shrunk down to a tiny microscopic size and sent into the patient to dispatch of the vile germs.  Developer TernTek’s new game Monster Medic is a two player co-op shooter that pits players against germs.

The game is played on a single iPad and requires two players to control a single ship, its thrusters, blasters, and mini-cannons as well as a repair vehicle. Players are tasked with getting a monster named Puffles back in good health.  Both players will blast hordes of germs as well as 5 boss germs. These tiny medics aren’t alone in the fight as they’ll be aided by powerups and secret abilities which will help turn the tide of battle. The player’s trusty vessel can be upgraded and customized as well, giving them a leg up against their bacterium foes.

Monster Medic is slated to release January 28th for the iPad with no official pricing details yet. To learn more about the game and developer TernTek visit their website, Facebook, and Twitter.
