‘Journey To Hell’ Looks Hella Impressive
If you’ve heard of the game Project: Holy Shield , then you may be familiar with Journey To Hell .
. That’s because the game was announced earlier this summer at Gamescom 2012 and has recently been re-titled by developers Dogbox to Journey To Hell , a third-person-shooter bringing a console-like experience to iOS.
In Journey To Hell you will play as Gabriel and Rachel, two members of the secret organization Holy Shield who behead, dismember, and disembowel “daemons” on a regular basis. Best of all the game’s story will come packed with plenty of cliches and elements of parody to lighten up the gun-toting ass kicking mood.
The game looks pretty incredible so far. It’s fully 3D and seriously showcases how close mobile devices are getting to consoles in terms of visuals. The characters, enemies, weapons, and levels are highly detailed and come complete with some very fluid animations. Top that off with some fun looking gameplay and I think we have a winner on our hands.
Dogbox just released a developer diary showing how far Journey To Hell has come and I suggest you take a look and watch the video embedded below. To keep up with Dogbox Studio be sure to follow them on Twitterand Facebook.
