Teslagrad Finds its Way onto Sony Consoles In Europe

The imaginatively illustrated 2D puzzle adventure, Teslagrad , has been released on the Playstation 3 and Playstation 4 in Europe this week – nearly one year on the dot since it’s original release on Steam and the Wii U.

Set in a steampunk-inspired old Europe, Teslagrad follows the story of a boy exploring a mysterious structure known as the Tesla Tower. You’re accompanied with powers of magnetism and other electromagnetic abilities, that you’ll use to solve puzzles with ingenuity in logical ways. The story is told entirely without voices or cutscenes, allowing the player to creatively become immersed and form their own story.

A PS Vita port is expected sometime in early 2015. However, If you purchase it for the PS3 or PS4, your progress will transfer to the Vita version upon it’s release. Developers, Rain Games, have stated that the game will not be available for US platforms until early 2015, following the release of a physical edition as well.

The European release of Teslagrad is listed at €14.99. For you non-Europeans, you can always check out the game on Steamfor PC, Mac, and Linux.
