GNAH! – Solve The Puzzles Inside A Monster’s Head
Later this year, indie game developers, KO-OP Mode, and illustrator, Samuel Boucher, will release a unique and twisted puzzle game called GNAH!
Drawing inspiration from brain teasing and puzzling toys like the Rubik’s Cubes, GNAH! is a 3-D puzzle game that places the player within the strange mind of giant monsters, otherwise named GNAHs.
Though Samuel Boucher originally conceived a 2-D puzzle game, GNAH! quickly evolved into a 3-D puzzle toy concept through a collaborative effort with KO-OP Mode. Each GNAH is unique and beautifully designed using colorful visual elements and styles.
Additionally, the development team created different puzzle elements through experimentation in order to provide a fresh kind of mental challenge. By exploring these inner worlds and deciphering each of their quirks, the player can move on to the next level. This forces innovation and constant new thinking from the player which makes the game a different experience for everyone.
KO-OP Mode’s 4-person team and Samuel Boucher intend to release GNAH! for PC, Mac, Linux, Ouya, iOS, and Android devices. To stay up to date with the game’s development progress, sign up for their newsletter by visiting here.
