Halo 3 Joins Games With Gold Next Month 2007’s mega blockbuster Halo 3 is joining Xbox Live Games With Gold next month along with Might Of Magic: Clash Of Heroes. Clash Of Heroes will be available on the service from October 1-October 15, while Halo 3 will then be available from October 16 until the end of the month. If you’re an Xbox Live Gold subscriber, it’s all yours. Halo 3 is very good, of course, possibly the best in the series, and we’re almost certainly convinced you’ve already played it in some capacity – we gave it 9/10 upon release. By comparison, you can get Far Cry 3, XCOM: Enemy Unknown, Mafia II, Spec Ops: The Line and Uncharted 3 as part of Sony’s PlayStation Plus program. It will be interesting to see how the services compare on next-gen consoles.
