realMyst is a remake of an the classic Myst, which was originally released back in 1993.

realMyst is a gorgeous game in which you journey through many islands and need to solve various puzzles through various ages in order to progress through the story.

realMyst is a beautiful remake, featuring dynamic graphics that are sure to keep your attention. The water and sky are absolutely amazing to look at, and storms look pretty realistic. A few reviewers have commented that there is some frame issues, and it’s currently unknown if those will be fixed in the near future. There’s also a hint system in place if you get lost or have trouble with any of the puzzles. Note that this feature opens a tab in Safari, and doesn’t give hints in the game itself.

Now, I know what you’re thinking. “Why would I want to play a remake of a nearly twenty-year old game?” I’ll let the trailer speak for itself. It’s a bit long, but it’s well worth the watch.
