Shadowmatic – Photorealistic 3D Shadow Puzzles

Triada Studio Games released their new puzzle game Shadowmatic for iOS devices on January 15th.

for iOS devices on January 15th. The game aims to be a truly unique 3D puzzle game that uses shadows made by abstract shapes to solve different levels.

Shadowmatic places players in a particular environment and hands them a number of abstract items that they can hold up to the spotlight within the game, which then creates a large shadow. Turning and rotating the object affects the shadow simultaneously, allowing the player to experiment and observe the shadow created from different angles. The goal for each level is to create a clear shadow image, one that relates to the environment in some way.

The game offers more than 70 levels with 9 unique environments, as well as secret secondary objectives for many puzzles. Players can go through non-linear level progression for either a change in challenge or a change in scenery, and the game is translated for several languages, including Spanish, Russian, French, German, Italian, Chinese Mandarin and Traditional, Japanese, Korean, and more.
