Keep All Hands Where They Belong as Please, Don’t Touch Anything Comes to iOS
Who knew that covering for a coworker could be so nerve-wracking?
Who knew that covering for a coworker could be so nerve-wracking? While a coworker is off taking a substantially long bathroom break, players find themselves behind the helm of a strange panel. The panel is fairly simplistic, at least at first, but it contains a very large, very tempting red button. Heed the coworker’s words: don’t touch anything.
Please, Don’t Touch Anything is a point-and-click puzzle game that launched on Steamearlier this year. Players are given a button on a panel, instructions not to touch said button, and quite possibly the subsequent urge to do just that. Follow the different hints to receive a variety of endings. Players must do everything in their power to survive their coworker’s bathroom break and avoid the imminent nuclear explosions.
Launching today, October 22, Please, Don’t Touch Anything makes its way onto iOS devices with a total of 25 different enigmas to be solved, as compared with only 16 on the original PC launch. Three of these enigmas are exclusive to the iOS version of the game.
While four-inch screens or bigger are recommended for the game, Four Quarters and Bulky Pix have redesigned the game so they can even be played on the 3.5 inch iPhone 4/4S screens. Some in-game panels that were designed for mouse control have been redesigned to work with tap controls on iOS devices. They also included a simple, but useful, zoom feature so players can work up close with panels that may be harder to see otherwise.
Please, Don’t Touch Anything is available on the App Storefor $4.99 USD, and the soundtrack is available for purchase on BandCamp. For those interested in learning more about the game, follow BulkyPix on Twitter, but, please…just don’t touch anything.
